My background:
I suffer with autism, mental health, diabetes and a thyroid issue, diagnosed by my Dr and psychiatrists. I'm trying everything to get myself out there!
People ask why don't I just get a full time job? Well I'm trying to make this a full time job, it works around my health and my income would be much more.
I am trying to come off of benefits. If I manage to make a living with Avon, my Universal Credit will slowly be reduced when I start earning around £300 a month, until it stops.
My efforts:
Please note that you do not have to do all of this, this is my choice to do all of this. Being an Avon rep is your own business, you can do as much or as little as you like.
I have posted through most doors in Hailsham and Hellingly area.
Every month I spent around £10 on the magazines and business cards all together.
I was spending an additional £14 to travel to Hailsham Town and back to pop them in a place, however now I luckily have a companion bus pass for my illness.
I started leaving business cards in individual hair dressers once a month, and certain shops. Most of the time paying them £10 each as it is advertisement in a business.
I spend roughly £5 a year on my domain and £10 a year on my email hosting.
The most active things that I post on are:
1 The apps I made.
I created an android app and uploaded it to the Google Play store, this costed me a one off payment of around £20 for a Google Play developer account, which was well worth it because it is a one time payment for a lifetime of being able to upload apps, I created the app via PWA builder.
This is what my Andriod app looks like on the Google Play store:
Update, you can create a free app by following the steps in this tutorial found here.
Also, I created an IOS app which may not be on the Apple app store anymore when you read this, as it costs around £80 per year to keep an Apple developer account.
Also I paid an additional amount to have the app created which you don't have to do if you follow my tutorial, but you may have to have it uploaded on your behalf, as technical things have to be done on xcode.
This is what my Apple app looked like on the Apple app store:
Update, you can create a free app by following the steps in my tutorial found
here. However with IOS you need to know what you're doing. Select the IOS package instead of android.
2 I created 2 Facebook pages, 2 Facebook groups and 2 Facebook group chats.
I continue to keep all of these things updated!
Things that I rarely post on but have still quite a lot of posts of my Avon, are on every other social platform I can think of including Facebook buy and sell groups.
I continue to create other things in hopes to start earning a proper income.
Below are places where I've left my advertisement.
1. The cut above ~ Hailsham
Back in 2015, these lovelies probably don't remember, but they done my hair and makeup for my prom! I felt like a beautiful queen! Everyone that works there are SO kind hearted and talented and I highly recommend them as a place to get your hair and makeup sorted!
2. AnNam ~ Hailsham This was the first time I'd even noticed this nail salon. What a friendly, family environment. Everyone had smiles on their faces, and you can see that they leave everything top notch hygienic. I'll definitely go here to get my nails done!
3. Costcutter ~ Hailsham
A massive thank you to Costcutter! As we only shopped for two packets of crisps, I had already used my last tenner on the Nail salon. I forgot to put my business cards in there as well. So I put them in Costcutter! I use to shop for cheap wine here before moving to Hellingly and getting most things delivered, usually 2 for £7.50 and enough to get you very happy drunk! Up to 13% alcohol in each bottle!
4. Mind - Hailsham
A beautiful charity shop, that funds for a better mental state.. Beautiful company. These beauties accepted two of my books, even though I had no money to offer any shop this month.
I also go around several houses per month posting business cards and Avon brochures❤️
Why Avon?:Gender equality
Working for Avon is so flexible, it really works around most people's health issues.
Us, six million Avon independent Sales Representatives around the world, not only raise funds for breast cancer programs, but also provide a global army of educators, offering information and raising awareness around the world.
Avon is NOT an all women's brand, we have males work for our brand, which is always lovely to see and have ❤️ We are not for just one gender.
We have been around for 135 years and we are still going strong ~ Supporting busy lifestyles and people out of jobs, supporting skin needing attention for everybody's budgets!

No Animal Testing
Did you know that we were the first Global beauty brand to END animal testing?
No more violence
Our brand is all about promoting women's freedom, the power to work alone, run our own business, be our own boss. We are very much feminist based, but we aren't just FOR women, we are FOR freedom of speech, we also support domestic abuse, including abuse on men. We have donated MILLIONS towards domestic violence help.
No more cancer
We also donate towards breast cancer and have donated MILLIONS.
No more discrimination
We also run a charity called changing Faces. Changing Faces is the UK’s leading charity for everyone who has a mark, scar or condition that makes them look different.
Being different in a society where there is such pressure to look a certain way is tough. For over 25 years, Changing Faces have been providing advice and support, challenging discrimination, and campaigning for a world that respects difference.
Changing Faces want a future where everyone with a visible difference on their face or body has the confidence, support and opportunity to lead the lives they want...

Continued efforts
We are still donating to everything mentioned here, and more, to this day!
