Big change, to start earning with Avon, you need to sell or order a threshold of £100 all together quarterly. Your percent only works on the following quarter. Check AvonOn quarterly award sales to see how much you've earned in this current quarter. You then earn commission in the following quarter. The more you earn the higher your percentage in the following quarter.
Being a representative, means getting your own online store set up for free which is extremely easy, and sharing your products. If your customer selects direct delivery, or if you only have direct delivery enabled, carriers deliver and you still earn!
Every month you will get a new campaign (new products to sell, random old ones gone).
You could earn 10% 20% 25% 30% or 32% of every item you sell, depending on how much you sell.
The percentage you've achieved one month will be carried over to the next month, but remember that you need to carry on selling well, or else you will lose your percentage.

It's all your own business it's in your own time, shared how you want to share it, when and where it's all up to you, the sky is your limits, it depends how much you want to earn from it.
Remember that recruiting is a great way for you to earn, because you make a tiny commission on their sales, not as much as you, selling though!
This is how you qualify to be a sales leader and earn.Per month a representative needs to earn £250 in sales, in at least 2 campaigns of three in a row. And £250 per month. And 5 reps placing an order of £150 per campaign. And grow by 1 rep per campaign. Then we can start earning an additional percentage, you get the percentage for those 5 orders depending on what level you're at e.g silver, and you get whatever over that threshold no matter your level as long as you meet the above criteria.As I said before, this is in no way a get rich quick scheme. But with enough time and enough effort, you can make a living with Avon.
If you don't earn £250 one month, it's okay, you're still a sales leader as long as you have one ACTIVE team member (they place an order every few months), but you only earn from them when you sell £250 per month for AVON.
Anything your representatives/sales leaders earn, you get between 3%-8% of. It's important to encourage your representatives to earn and do as well as they can because if a rep doesn't place an order after a few campaigns, you lose them.
You can then earn between 3%-8% of what your reps earn, it depends on your teams total sales volume.

Make a domain
Think of a domain, and buy one. They are cheap and well worth it. Make one that is easy to remember. Then use domain forwarding to forward people looking up your domain, to your Avon store. You can look up how to do this all online like I did.
It makes your business look so much more professional! If you're serious about making money, it's so worth it!

Make a Facebook page and boost yourself with a Facebook advert! The longer you can keep it on, the better! Different prices depending on your preferences!
Google maps
Post yourself on Google maps for free! You don't have to put your address public and I recommend that you don't. It takes a bit of time but it's worth the effort!
Share your business
Check out my Allmylinks to get an idea on how I advertise my business! It is very important that you don't just advertise your Avon business on just one social media. Try to advertise your Avon business on all of them! And on Facebook buy and sell groups, and anywhere useful you can think of!
